Security Overview

The processor shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including, as applicable:

• restricting access to personal data to authorized personnel only,
• encryption of data in transit for domains where Security is set to Full on Cloudflare, and for dash.tgtracker.io (“Main Dashboard”),
• encryption of personal data at rest where appropriate,
• records and monitoring systems for events and requests made to the Platform, retained for a reasonable period of time,
• procedures for reporting and responding to data security incidents,
• regular review of security measures,
• system-wide regular backups, retained for a reasonable period of time.

These measures are designed to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
